Received a NIP regarding brake checking which is 3 points & a fine, this would have pushed me in to my 12 point tot up ban, after dealing with Scarsdale this was turned in to a course, can’t thank them enough!

Since my first consultation, I could tell this was a serious and professional firm. Won't recommend Scarsdale to anyone. My case was poorly supported, the solicitor that came with me in the Court was changed three days before the hearing. Eventually, the solicitor that came with me in the court, called me one day before the hearing to reorganise the defence from scratch. Paid thousands of pounds to in the end get the maximum penalty and come back home with a lot of difficulties to manage. Will never recommend this agency to anyone

I found Scardales Solicitors very helpful, as they helped my wife and family members get their visa’s from Vietnam, that were quite difficult to obtain. Scardales helped us throughout the process and made the necessary steps for us to get the correct documentation needed and helped us all through the whole application. Shazia and her staff were very supportive and I would recommend anyone to use them for any kind of visa / settlement applications as they made a difficult application quite straightforward and we got everything we needed in good time.

Avoid at all costs. At the get go shazia was kind empathic and I sent £1500 with an agreement to pay £1000 a week until the £6,000 was met. I was then in hospital and was going through a very hard time. While there I began to research this firm and I decided I did wish to continue, I then began as admitted back into hospital my friend had then asked for a refund due to my health and to stop the case . I was then told £55 was owed to me from £1500! I asked the reasons why as I’ve had no paperwork emails nor prosecution documents and was hurried off the phone and they now will not let me know when I can talk to the finance team or anyone else. I truly feel I have been scammed to me it is even worse as it’s come from a woman who prides her self on equality. £1500 down with no documents paperwork or update while my money was paid at that time £1500 that would of helped me medically I was then told every minute I speak to her it adds up, I asked her about herself built a rapport even her dog and I think I was obviously charged for that too! Devasted and truly abhorrent behaviour
