I instructed Scarsdale solicitors to defend me after I received a 6 month driving and a fine of £1034. I spoke with Daanyaal who reassured me once I told what had happened that he could get the ban and fine lifted . I won my appeal as it was an administrative error by the Police and my ban and fine were lifted. I can highly recommend Scarsdale solicitors especially Daanyaal who kept me up to date with everything, explained the process very clearly and professionally and made me feel more relaxed with his reassurance throughout

Excellent company who managed to save my licence when I thought it was un-saveable. They are expensive - But they deliver exactly what they promise so in the end, its well worth paying the premium

Won't recommend Scarsdale to anyone. My case was poorly supported, the solicitor that came with me in the Court was changed three days before the hearing. Eventually, the solicitor that came with me in the court, called me one day before the hearing to reorganise the defence from scratch. Paid thousands of pounds to in the end get the maximum penalty and come back home with a lot of difficulties to manage. Will never recommend this agency to anyone

I found Scardales Solicitors very helpful, as they helped my wife and family members get their visa’s from Vietnam, that were quite difficult to obtain. Scardales helped us throughout the process and made the necessary steps for us to get the correct documentation needed and helped us all through the whole application. Shazia and her staff were very supportive and I would recommend anyone to use them for any kind of visa / settlement applications as they made a difficult application quite straightforward and we got everything we needed in good time.
