My daughter was facing a potential driving ban and through representations sent by Danny to the Police on my daughter's behalf all alleged driving offences have been quashed, no court case and no points on her licence. Everyone at Scarsdales has been professional and friendly throughout , they're a nice bunch of people and very good at their job. They sent out a tremendous solicitor to meet me at court today. I had originally got 12 points which resulted a 12 month ban. Today at court I was in and out in around an hour. The solicitor got 6 points nocked off before I even went in there. I ended up getting 3 points. She even got the fine cut almost in half, and then arranged it so I pay in installments of £20 a week . I don't think there could have been a better outcome realistically, I walked out of court with my licence back , and it was completely hassle free I literally walked in there and confirmed my name and address, she handled the rest like a pro. Thanks Scarsdales!

Poor assistance and very expensive
Won't recommend Scarsdale to anyone. My case was poorly supported, the solicitor that came with me in the Court was changed three days before the hearing. Eventually, the solicitor that came with me in the court, called me one day before the hearing to reorganise the defence from scratch. Paid thousands of pounds to in the end get the maximum penalty and come back home with a lot of difficulties to manage. Will never recommend this agency to anyone
