My Name is Yuliyan back in 2024 i had a situation in wich i end up with failed to provide specimen.After that i did choose to use Scarsdale solicitors.When i did that i had a video call with Shazia A and we went though everything she did assured me that they can deal with my case the best possible way.After 2024 there were a few more hearings in 2025 and 2026 wich during that time i was having update regularly of how the case is going.I have a massive thank you and appreciation to Chelsea Thomas i did bother her in any possible way and she was very professional and answered to every single question of mine.Today on my trial day the person wich have represented me appointed from Scarsdale it was more then professional he was in court hours before my trial time wich was 10am and he did make me stay very calm.At the end my case was dismissed wich is the best outcome.Very much thank you again to all of the Scarsdale solicitors team,Shazia,ChelseaMr Marcus.I definitely recommend the Scarsdale solicitors if anyone needs assistance with any matter thats the right firm to use for it.

I have been involved in a motoring offence and approached Scarsdale Solicitors-I had such a bad experience ,After making the payment,there was no contact or response,Shazia never answered the calls and kept cancelling the scheduled meetings.It was so stressful and they never requested for a case file at all.The worst thing was when I met the Barrister at the court,He didn’t have a clue about my case.Such an awful service.

Failed to represent me at my trial and very slow and vague with responses. provided barrister with no knowledge of my case, who then refused to raise any of my valid points. I am now facing my case without representation and trying to undo their damage as a litigant in person. I could not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.

Since my first consultation, I could tell this was a serious and professional firm. After my case was assigned to Mumtaz Chaudry, we had a few conversations and he managed to help me get everything resolved, with no points on my licence and no need to go to court. A serious firm that genuinely does its best to help its clients. I highly recommend Scarsdale Solicitors.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Absolute scammers of a firm been meaning to leave this review but didn't get the time but had to be done. They start of reasuring telling you to make a deposit so they can start on the case straight away once you have done that you are doomed they took my case and passed it on to a duty solicitor who didn't have a clue on what he was doing then when you try to contact Shazia Ali she will not answer you or get back to you and when she does she will tell you her time cost £300 p/h as if I didn't pay 4.5k on the case nobody has a clue on what's going on in the firm never actually been represented by them in court they sent out another firm who also didn't know what's going on i had to sit there and explain myself everytime which is absolutely frustrating when you have a paid such an amount I had to constantly chase them up for EVERYTHING, on the day of court they didn't even have anyone assigned had to chase them till the last minute they are full off hidden fees what started as £3600 for the whole case ended becoming £4600 and they won't do any work Shazia Ali had the audacity to tell me they have used all the funds and she's apparently doing it for probono when nothing has been done absolutely a mess of a firm you have been warned don't take just my words for it scroll down on the reviews past all the fake reviews and you will see what type of firm they are wish I had done that in the beginning as its not what that paint it to be. You have been warned stay away from them like the plague absolute waste of money and your time you will be more frustrated then you started with.

From the moment I called and spoke to Shazia , I felt at ease Totally professional, she gave me additional time and an additional call to give me time to evaluate the issue I had . Instead of just taking my money , I was advised to go it alone until I needed her service's which I respect as normal solicitors just take your money regardless, no doubt I will be in touch with Scarsdale again Thank you
