I found Scardales Solicitors very helpful, as they helped my wife and family members get their visa’s from Vietnam, that were quite difficult to obtain. Scardales helped us throughout the process and made the necessary steps for us to get the correct documentation needed and helped us all through the whole application. Shazia and her staff were very supportive and I would recommend anyone to use them for any kind of visa / settlement applications as they made a difficult application quite straightforward and we got everything we needed in good time.

I had an incredible journey from the first application, refusal, court appeal and having indefinite leave to remain in the UK scardale was with us step by step as a professional firm. They support me emotionally as no other solicitor can do for you whole team was amazing but Shazia was, is and will be like my friend. I truly want to say thank you shazia she rang me out of hours as it’s Saturday but she seemed excited more than me. Excellent company who managed to save my licence when I thought it was un-saveable. They are expensive - But they deliver exactly what they promise so in the end, its well worth paying the premium

I came to Shazia with a motoring offence case as well as a spousal visa application. Both were handled by the team and I got the outcomes I wanted with the help of their team. My motoring offence got dismissed and my visa got accepted even with 2 prior rejections. Danny was especially helpful during the entire process, was able to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. I just want to share my experience with Scarsdale Solicitors. Before I met with Shazia, i was very worried towards how I’d bring my husband to the UK considering how tough the government had made it. After one meeting with Shazia she had patiently listened to my situation and circumstances and put me at ease straight away! I knew i was in good hands. The process was very easy for me as Shazia made a check list of the documents i needed to provide and the rest was all in there hands!
