I am a first time buyer and was told by friends and family who had bought houses that I could expect my solicitor to be slow. However I could not have been happier with Kim's support! She talked me through all of the basics, and was extremely responsive, coming back to me on the same day if not within the same couple of hours. She worked well with the solicitor above us in the chain and was proactive with chasing where needed. Whereas other solicitors in the chain let us down with move in dates, she was on it 100% of the time. I fully recommend her!

I instructed Terry in relation to my Child Arrangements Order and my divorce/ finances settlement. Having instructed other solicitors in the past, what stood out for me and different, was how easily he built a relationship with me. He did this through being available when needed, his blunt honesty and brilliantly well placed humour. He told me straight up about the situation all along the way, even when it was hard to hear. He assured me that I could call him whenever I needed, or even just pop into the office. At the office, Kerys, his assistant was always welcoming and made me smile even when I was stressed to breaking point. Terry made me feel like I was in good hands and I strongly felt that he was fighting for my best interest. He even called me with an urgent update, whilst on holiday! This made me feel like someone he genuinely cared for, not just a case number bringing in the cash. His vast knowledge and excellent personal skills were impressive. He also knew just the right barrister to instruct for my divorce, which was immensely invaluable. Due to the stress and anxiety, I was ready to walk away from 10 year marriage with no financial settlement. It is only because of Terry’s constant gentle encouragement and the trust that he built, I was able to come away with a better outcome than I had ever imagined!

Could not recommend Kim and her team more…Kim took our purchase file from another Solicitor due to lender panel issues and she got us completed in a matter of weeks! The best conveyancer and would not use anyone else in future!

Kim and the team have been amazing from start to finish, they are always available on the phone to contact and no question is too small or silly. I had a very stressful house sale and purchase and the process would of been much more stressful if I didn't have a solicitor I trusted and that I knew was fighting for us each step of the way.
