Loan and credit card claim
Very prompt service, the team kept intouch through Emails and phone. Got my claim sorted and managed to clear the outstanding amount. Still using for a pending claim also.

Over charge for poor service. Kept payment for 4 months before release
They contacted me, they took 4 months after receiving payment from HMRC then took 48% from my tax refund.. they advertise 25% + vat.. rubbish.. it costs you your time to get your payment sent many hours sending emails letter etc..

Stay away awful company, stated that they found in favour of my complaint reference 6F13DE897F1C still no refund £248 or 48% taken. Many complaints, have been looked into by advertising standards and found wanting. Stay away

Do not use took last year's tax refund deducted 48% for nothing. Got emails stating they're looking into it, very dubious business.
