Avoid to use this solicitor on conveyancing

This firm has very high staff turnover. My case had 5 handler and failed communication for handover. Never return your emails. Failed to act on clients interest. Mishandling important documents such as deed. Had suffered a loss of more than £4K due to their negligence.

On purchasing a property I was not advised by the solicitor that the doubling ground rent clause was onerous and has made my property virtually unsellable. Follow up emails have since been ignored.

Be aware of this firm. Appointed by a fake company who sold off plan properties, but it’s a big scam. Definitely Seeking for legal actions against them.

Irresponsible and unprofessional

I have appointed them to assist me with a property purchase and it has turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They keep changing the person appointed to my case and they make no effort in representing my interest in front of the other party. All they care about is to get the documents signed, collect their fees and move on.
Appointing them is a waste of money - if they cannot defend my interest in front of the seller, I would have rather saved the fee and signed whatever the seller had asked me to!
