I feel compelled to write a short review because of the excellent service I recently received from Rothley Law, but in particular one of the partner's Lucy Taylor. In a nutshell her knowledge and ability to understand my somewhat unique and rather complicated scenario was remarkable. Lucy was able to embrace everything I relayed to her within minutes, that had previously taken a group of erudite professionals from other firms months to fathom. She was extremely patient and I was not made to feel at any point that the meter was running and she gave her time so generously. I am now courtesy of Lucy's help, in the hands of another specialist department within Rothley Law, but cannot recommend Lucy highly enough. Incredibly refreshing to deal with someone so professional, patient and amiable.
I received telephone advice from this firm which was excellent because lawyer was kind, helpful and explained clearly which i could understand easily. I felt a bit more reassured and hopeful after speaking to them. I would definitely recommend this law firm if you need contentious/intestacy advice.

I had an initial chat with Justin Sadler, who didn't give me legal advice as such, but was happy to listen and discuss my situation. I wish more solicitors or law firms did business in this way - rather than 'give us your money first, then we'll talk.' Should I need to, I will be using him in the future.
