Maruf was wonderful, from start to finish. We have never dealt with a solicitor that was so thorough and prompt in communication and proactive with both pushing the process along, as well as updating us even when we we're waiting on the sellers side for updates. Our sale went through quickly, and without a hitch. This is significantly down to Maruf and his efforts. Our Estate agents were equally as impressed.

I’ve had the experience of dealing with 4 conveyancing firms but this was by far worst I’ve experienced. Do not use them at all costs. Communication is extremely poor. They only work on your case when calling and chasing every week. It took 6 months to complete a chain free purchase due to delays caused by Waterstone. To add to this, they had the cheek to tell me to pay extra 250£ for completing within 10 days of exchange. Disgusting.

We had a very difficult process with this firm. There was a lot of confusion in regard to who was taking our case. As first time buyers, the lack of clarity and communication made the process extremely stressful. After our purchase and paying them their fees we started receiving communication from the council chasing a payment the previous owners didn’t do. This is of course not our bill but we’ve been chasing this for over 3 months, calling , sending emails to Waterstones. Incredibly time consuming and they say “they can’t do anything until the sellers respond”. This was their job in the first place and as a company they should be taking responsibility for it.

Have never met such inexperienced and useless lawyers in my life. The person (disgrace) we dealt with tried to steal money off of us during our first house purchase, and refused to give it back. It was only when I threatened taking them to their Regulator that they refunded me.
