I worked with waterstone for conveyancing as a buyer. Whilst it was great at first, after exchange a lot of discrepancies and mistakes have come to light which is not being addressed. Due diligence was not done when reviewing the lease. To note one of the many challenges included misfiling stamp duty which caused a few months of stress and anxiety due to letters from HMRC, this took a couple of months to resolve. Other challenges include not reviewing the lease right, ground rent being wrong, wrong information about managing agents. I have chased for the last 7 months since exchange and unfortunately no resolution from Nithi, Shah or Waterstones group

Overall we were very happy with Waterstone, specifically with the support from Nithi Kumar, who always made herself available and made us feel like she was fighting our corner, even/especially during the inevitable complications that arise during a sale. We did have an issue at the beginning with how the company covered staff on leave (we felt a little like we were left in limbo) but in the great scheme of things it’s a small complaint and we felt the overall service was great value for money, and the whole process was concluded quickly and transparently to our satisfaction, so we would definitely recommend.

I received great conveyancing service on selling my leasehold flat. Nithi Kumar was helpful and responded quickly, accomodating my request to sign forms at their office the same day, and did her best to speed up the sale process when the other side were being slow and difficult. The app is good for the initial process of queries and providing details but not used after that, and then relied on email correspondence which was fine as good communication throughout from Nithi. Sale completed successfully and I would recommend Waterstone Legal! Thanks

Extremely happy with the service. We have sold 2 properties and purchased a house with the help of Waterstone Legal and Karina and Nithi's help has been incredible.
