Sold my property with Waterstone the beginning it was a bit slow but after I explained my hospital situation they really took a very good care of my case Especially Nithi and Shah. Long story short in the end the conclusion was excellent. Especially Nithi she was answering my e-mails all the time and dealing with third party solicitors.

Really enjoyed working with Nithi
Really enjoyed working with Nithi, she was patient with me, very helpful and most of all communicated with me. Conveyancing is tricky and stressful, something I learnt during this process as a new buyer, but Nithi was patient with me and answered all my queries - in a very timely manner (even replied to emails during the bank holidays which I really appreciate!). She has a wealth of knowledge and used it to help me throughout my journey. Cannot thank her enough

Nithi was very professional 5 stars
Waterstone Legal dealt with my purchase of my new home and my sale. Throughout both processes I was amazed with the hard work Nithi put into the whole process. She was very helpful throughout would definitely recommend.

Great service highly recommended

Stamp Duty Saviour!
Nithi helped me and my partner purchase our first property! The whole process was made so easy because of Nithi's clear and prompt communication. All legal jargon was also explained in a way to better help me understand as a first time buyer, and thankfully due to her quick work we were able to complete last month before the stamp duty increase! Supportive and efficient
Nithi was a pleasure to work with and was always available to support us during both our sale and purchase processes. Our buyers had a lot of enquiries and requests, and Nithi was always on hand to give us the right advice to ensure we were being treated fairly.

Very efficient and professional service
Nithi & Waterstone Legal were extremely efficient and helpful with the conveyancing for my first home purchase, which was completed in less than 3 months ahead of the SDLT deadline. I felt that some chasing/reminding was required to keep things on track (though this might be true of all solicitors), but Nithi was generally easily contactable and gave really quick and helpful responses to any questions, and completed tasks very efficiently as well.
There were a few very minor issues with inaccuracies and communications with the firm as a whole, but any issues were quickly resolved. This was around the middle-to-more-expensive side of quotes I received (including a refundable £600 expedition fee to meet the SDLT deadline), but was definitely worth it for a quick and mostly hassle-free process. I'd definitely recommend Waterstone Legal and especially Nithi.

Nithi was great!
Despite several buyers failing to launch and and the landlords building agent being notoriously slow Nithi got our sale done on time and to everyone's delight. Thank you Nithi!

Great experience working with Ms Nithi Kumar
Ms. Nithi Kumar was very friendly in answering all questions. As First time buyers, we had a lot of discussion and she was patient and polite in addressing all of them. Also she was quick in her work (lag happened from other side in our case). Strongly recommend to use Waterstone legal solicitors.

Great experience!
Having had many underwhelming experiences with solicitors I embarked on the journey of a property sale with dread. I’m not one for leaving reviews but Nithi 100% deserves a glowing review.
