I had a mostly positive experience buying my flat with Waterstone in March, but paid an extra charge of over £400 due to a lack of diligence on Waterstone's part which has still not been resolved. I've had to continually chase for updates and there's been very little progress towards a resolution. Unfortunately I'd have to recommend others to avoid, as if there are any issues (especially post-sale) you might be left out of pocket like me
My husband and I utilised the services of Waterstone Legal to procure an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) visa with the Home Office. Sold my property with Waterstone the beginning it was a bit slow but after I explained my hospital situation they really took a very good care of my case Especially Nithi and Shah. Really recommend mr shah ali allahumma barik, my husband had two visa refusals and appeals kicked out of court.. but today my husband was served with his first remain to leave work permit 🤗 did wait a little while but that side was completely out of the firms hands,as that was all on the home office side of things nothing to do with Mr Ali.
