I am not happy with Oliverta Mediu I have been calling her on the phone for 1 month and she does not answer someone else is holding her phone and I do not know if she tells Oliverta that people are calling her that she has got a new assistant Oliverta is not there she is not finishing my work she does not answer the phone I have sent her over 20 sms not for the fines she just says to pick up later and never calls back I have a call that she called I have paid as much money as she asked because I lied okay but she is not finishing my work maybe for Oliverta it is not important but for me yes because if my work is not finished my life will change my life will end my life will be sent back to my country I have not lived there anymore but I think her assistant is more to blame because since she got this assistant she does not answer but. Oliverta should check her assistant and answer the phone thank you 😑

Used them for conveyencing work for the purchase of my first home. The solicitor in charge at the time did a wonderful job and I was very happy with him. However he unfortunately left the firm and post closure work included transfer of title was never followed up by the relevant team. The owner Mr Shah Ali, was very keen to secure my business and take full payment, he stops communicating and doesn’t respond to a single email addressed to him thereafter. Clearly shows how interest drops once payment is made. Unscrupulous is too good a word to describe them. Please don’t engage at any cost. I am still suffering from phone calls not being answered or continued excuses and emails not being responded to. Please find another solicitor, NEVER use Waterstone legal.
I would highly recommend Oliverta and Hana. They were both very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. After being messed around by other solicitors for 12 years, it was such a relief to finally have people who actually listened, helped and took my case seriously.
