Absolutely lied from day one. He had the police sat out of view but visible to me in a black TV screen via video link meeting. When I pulled him up on it he claimed it was his daughter's I could see. Subjected a sar request upon release and denied he had any of the material I requested.

They don't follow data protection laws as ICO case found them not too. And they never communicated with me and even had a go at me for contacting them via text. They did not give me advice about how anything worked. They caused me to be unlawfully locked up in prison for an offence I did not commit. They never called me back or responded to me and gave me incorrect information. I was not guilty of witness intimidation and never had a trial. I even fired them and they refused to step down and allow me to get a new one.

The solicitor who will remain unnamed was appalling .He so called represented my grandson who is Autistic with learning difficulties. He appeared to be unprepared or just there to pick up the legal aid costs. Fortunately we managed to change him for some one who cares through the court.
