We used BG solicitors for will writing (Miriam) & conveyancing (Bradley & James) received great advice and outstanding service from everyone. I've moved house several times and never had a solicitor so responsive. Any questions were answered same day, there was a portal to keep up to date with progress. When things got sticky enquiries were made promptly. With our will writing everything is fully explained and any questions answered. I am fully confident we now have the right protections for our family. Fees are competitive, there are 5 office across the Hunber region Hessle, Barton, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Louth so easy to pop in for appointnents or to drop off/collect. I would highly recommend

I would like to express our sincere thanks to Emma Hudson and Brad Whiteley at BG Solicitors in Grimsby. It was always going to be a fraught transaction due to the timescale that we had to work to. In addition to this, the onerous requirements of other parties. However Emma was calm and persevered to enable a successful completion on the deadline. Thankyou so much.

TERRIBLE. Avoid this firm. Unhelpful and unresponsive staff who don't even follow their own formal complaints procedure, and when they do, only say what they need to to cover their backs if the SRA got involved. I was given a new solicitor and didn't even know their name for 2 and a half months, it wasn't until I mentioned pulling out of the sale that they got in touch. Weird! The negative reviews do not lie.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE After I have use this company for many years and had fantastic service from Georgina Gibbon I will say that where it stops. As Georgia suddenly had a disagreement and left the company one of my sales had gone to the grimsby office which I was very dubious of as poor service from there is an understatement. Ben Barber (Partner) had recently acted for me in a litigation case for me to which because he was o leave Laura Nee (Partner) represented me in court and to say the judge was not happy was an understatement as he told her how badly she was prepared for the day and that she had not even read the file to which she then went on to blame Ben Barber to me say she had what she had. I found her blame culture to be something I have heard in the school playground when nothing was her fault when Infact i have never been so poorly represented. So as they have wrongly deducted money from funds of the sale of the land that has taken forever to complete then I have been left with no option than to take Ben Barber and BG Solicitors to court to recover my money. So in a nut shell this is not a company I would recommend and I would advise you to read the bad reviews before your intrust your sale of a property and any foam of litigation with this company.
