When we found a buyer for our property we thought we were heading for a stressful process. We then contracted Alexander JLO in London E14 to handle the sale. Best decision we ever made ! Boray Izzet and his team (Jordan, Rahat, Fern, Ash, Jan ) each and everyone did an amazing job keeping us regularly updated on the sale. Their professional service is of the highest standard. We found everyone that we dealt with at Alexander JLO really responsive, helpful, patient and easy to get in touch with. The process was straight forward, fairly quick and our requested completion date was adhered to as much as possible.

We did find once we had uploaded our documents and paid the initial fee via the app, it wasn't then kept up to date, this was done via email so the two didn't seem to correspond.

Thank you for all of your help and support, we would definitely recommend you!
