Uncommunicative and unsupportive solicitor’s firm

I am having very bad experience with Alexander JLO. They are uncommunicative and the process takes ages.
I am a first time buyer and I am looking to resell the property. Nazish, Natalie and the whole team are the worst. They are not supportive or willing to explain things, I have to do all the research to understand the buyer's solicitor needs. I feel like they ignore me and don't care about my interests. I feel lost, I don't know what to do anymore since they are very slow with every answer and I'm paying the rent and mortgage of an empty apartment.
I would not recommend this company and this team.

I know one thing. I thank god he was working for me rather than my ex.

Some may think rates are high, but you really do get what you pay for. This firm was able to fend off a top flight solicitors firm. Kept me in the loop at all times and offered me paths to take with pros and cons. Rather than increase your costs, this firm actually suggests ways to save costs overall. If you are undergoing a divorce, choose them. They are fair and very good value for money. Shrewd tacticians.
