I cannot recommend Arax Law and Viktor Pawlikowski highly enough. For over three years I was the subject of an attempt, on the part of certain law enforcement officials with ulterior and improper motives, to destroy my life and deprive me of my rights through a baseless criminal investigation designed to persecute me whilst protecting certain individuals involved in serious wrongdoing. At the same time, I was also subjected to linked account freezing/forfeiture proceedings aimed at forfeiting all my life savings and in which the financial investigator repeatedly made false representations to the Court as to the subject matter and status of the linked criminal investigation in an apparent attempt to prevent me from being able to effectively defend the proceedings. Thanks to his intricate knowledge of both civil and criminal law and investigative procedures, his tenacity in engaging with the Crown Prosecution Service and his excellent strategic instincts, Viktor Pawlikowski was able to put an end to the investigation with no further action after making numerous representations to the reviewing lawyer whilst also helping me to successfully resist the linked civil forfeiture proceedings, which the financial investigator was ultimately forced to discontinue before the final hearing whilst agreeing to make a significant contribution to my legal costs. I cannot thank Viktor enough for his support, determination and skill over the last three years.
