I would highly recommend Banks Kelly Solicitors for Divorce and Family Law matters. Particularly James Kelly, who was my solicitor on the case. James offered unwavering support and commitment throughout my Divorce and Financial Remedy Case. He applied great effort and offered realistic, sensible advice in attempt to avoid attending court and to keep costs low. Despite negotiations, an agreement could not be reached and this case ultimately did proceed to an FDR hearing. James continued to apply great consideration, professionalism and commitment throughout the case. His attention to detail when reviewing evidence, preparing a Form E and completed the court bundle resulted in me leaving court with a satisfactory result. James spotted things that no layman would and these strengthened my case significantly. His handover with my barrister was detailed and collaborative, which I was grateful for. Whilst this adds to overall costs, it is worth it and I would highly recommend it. A prepared barrister who understands all the facts is very important for the day of the hearing.
