You could not ask for a better solicitor’s firm to see you through the process from leasehold to share of freehold.

We could not have asked for a better solicitor than Louise Delgado to see us through our purchase of share of freehold and the completion of our lease revisions to reflect the change from leasehold to freehold. To achieve this Louise took on and resolved additional work relating to a flat in probate and successfully negotiated the Land Registry's protracted processes. Her services have been prompt and professional throughout; her advice impeccable and in plain English, and her communication with the nominated Director of the Management Company and Managing Agent excellent.

We could not have asked for a better solicitor than Louise Delgado to see us through our purchase of share of freehold and completing our lease revisions to reflect the change from leasehold to share of freehold. To achieve this Louise also took on and resolved additional work relating to a flat in probate. Her professional services have included excellent advice to and communication with directors of our management company and managing agent throughout the entire process.
