Most arrogant rude person I dealt with I was disgusted by his manners and lack of legal knowledge. I was so relieved to have spoken to other firms.

I rang 8 firms, looking to instruct on actions against the police, this was the most off putting firm and worse out of the 8, Alex tone and lack of peoples skill was concerning, yet his lack of legal training knowledge was overwhelming. I explained it was on camera and I wish to address the breach of pace, assault and criminal damage to my car. Sadly this was not done as he did not want to know.

I would rate this experience as combative and disturbing, I felt I was dealing with the police. I was angered by his rudeness, I remained calm and courteous and quickly instructed my favored firm. I knew after that one interaction this was a firm I would never use. Basic legal knowledge was very clear and I knew i was not dealing with anyone qualfied.

I cannot recommend this firm of solicitors enough.

I would recommend Bhatt Murphy ten times over, the respect, compassion and professionalism is so evident. Our solicitor cared, no matter how much training you have - you cannot 'learn' compassion. Thank you to all who assisted in our case. Especially Tony Murphy.
