The level of service was very good, but had two minor issues. When I called the office, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I spoke to someone and was then advised to email my bank details over, which is not secure. Then when they called me to transfer the money, they expected me to drop everything and do it immediately.

The team does not care about customers and there is no corporate culture thinking about consumer’s best interest. We told the team that we were in SVR and needed to complete the change of lender as soon as possible. But nobody cares. No one gave timely response or show any respect to our situation. It took long time to complete and needed us to call the office everyday to ask for an update (otherwise, who knows when will we have an update). We requested to set a completion date earlier but the request was ignored. Then we sat there for a few days waiting to complete. The lawyer only sent email at 4pm on the planned completion for addition documentation. Then, of course, we can’t complete on that day. Things delayed again. The whole experience was terrible. We were on a daily interest of £72+ for a month due to this slow legal process.

This has got to be the worst company that I have ever delt with,14 weeks and never got to speak with my solicitor,just the people on the phones, who write down whatever it is your ringing up for and say we will get someone to call ASAP, that never happens.you are never kept informed although they have an apt but never update it you ring up with a complaint nothing gets done, I rung up and I was furious because the seller of the property I was buying was threatening to pull out unless we could update him of our progress so i told them that i was far from happy with them and that i wanted them to stop working on my behalf and that i will go with another solicitor and I was going down the complaint routes, they immediately put me through to a supervisor called Taylor,when she came on the phone she said she had heard everything I said and she apologised so many times about the way we was treated that 5min later our progress had gone up 5 fold and we then knew where we was in the chain, she was the only one who took us seriously please if you need a solicitor don't go with these. And onp please don't respond with ,I'm sorry you wasn't happy please ring back aswe would like to discuss this further ,coz I could never get through to anybody when we needed you

Amazing service from the team, especially Alex Thomas! Buying a property can be stressful, but they’ve made the whole process so much easier and have been incredibly helpful throughout. All the solicitor work was handled through an app, which made everything convenient and efficient. They were always quick to reply on chat whenever we had questions or needed clarification. Highly recommend!

I have never had so little trust and such a poor service.

To a point where - I haven't even had a reply asking for the complaint process :) . I did a remortgage through ONP referred by HSBC and a year later just wanted a title deed expedited. Sending emails to request it and chase up was like shouting into the void, I called and had no calls back. Eventually got through to Kerry (thank goodness - who helped me) but the number of emails and calls easily exceeded 10 and my solicitor was doing the same.

You can call multiple times, press 1 for a call back for it never to come. They answer the new service line though!
