GRADUATE VISA SUCCESS

I cannot thank Mr Sajjad Hussain enough for the incredible support and legal expertise he provided throughout my Graduate Route visa case.

After a difficult initial refusal and a rejected Administrative Review, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. But from the very first call, Mr Sajjad Hussain approached my situation with confidence, clarity, and genuine empathy. He explained every legal option in detail, prepared a strong Pre-Action Protocol (PAP), and stayed fully committed to my case even during stressful delays and system issues.

What stood out most was his professionalism and calm reassurance — no matter how complex the situation became (especially when ECS checks went wrong), he always responded quickly, explained things clearly, and took immediate steps to protect my legal position.

I’ve now received my visa — and I can confidently say this would not have been possible without his dedication and attention to detail. He didn’t just treat this as a case — he treated it as my future, and I will always be grateful for that.

If you're looking for someone who combines deep immigration law knowledge with real compassion and commitment, I absolutely recommend Mr Sajjad Hussain(Farani Taylor solicitors). Truly a 10/10 experience.

This so-called law firm is an absolute disgrace, especially the individual who goes by the name of Aftab Albert, with whom I unfortunately had the displeasure of meeting. He was responsible for my case being rejected a few years ago due to his negligence and lack of effort in handling the matter properly. Despite his incompetence, he had no problem constantly chasing me for payment. When the case was turned down, he had the audacity to be rude and blame me for the outcome, even though I had simply followed his poor advice as I'm the client a solicitor. He then completely ignored me and stopped responding. He never faced any repercussions from higher management and continued working there. I doubt this was his first instance of being unprofessional and dismissive. Farhan Farani was the owner when the firm was operating, but after doing some research, it appears that Farani Taylor “Solicitors” was dissolved and rebranded as City Solicitors (I wonder why!). Their online reputation is far from positive. Farani should be ashamed of having such individuals on his team. I highly recommend steering clear of this firm if you want to avoid unnecessary stress. A total waste of time and money! Absolute disgrace!

Zahur and the team at Farani Taylors did an amazing job. Zahur was very knowledgeable and took the time and patience to explain the details of the requirements of the Islamic Will to us. He was also available to answer any questions I had and provided prompt replies. The team is very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I recently sought legal assistance for drafting an Islamic will, and I am incredibly pleased with the exceptional service I received from Zahur. From the outset, the team was respectful, knowledgeable, and deeply understanding of both Islamic principles and legal requirements.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the Shariah-compliant structure of the will, ensuring it met both my religious obligations and local legal standards. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and sincere commitment to honouring Islamic values truly stood out.

Throughout the process, communication was clear, timely, and compassionate. I felt completely at ease knowing that my affairs were being handled with integrity and care.

I highly recommend Farani Taylor Solicitors to anyone seeking trustworthy and competent legal support for Islamic estate planning. Their expertise in Islamic wills and genuine respect for faith-based needs make them an outstanding choice.

Thank you once again.
