If you want to lose & have the worse experience- choose this outfit!

If you want to lose and have the worse experience going and unnecessary extra stress and costs that change with the wind then choose theses conboys as that is what will happen.

Absolute amateurs . I am surprised there not on TV conboy builders version of probate and wills conboy solicitors.
shocking.
Literally once they got the money upfront.
Communication went died.
Literally had to chased to find out what was happening.
Time and time again this would happen.
Constant chasing and calls/email back that never happened.
Dangerously Sloopy with financial figures on several occasions to the point I had to get someone else to vet there information.
Deadlines not meet, which gave the other party the upper hand and several of there own team CC;d with every email and still the most unprofessional set up I have ever dealt with.

They broken every one of there client care (lack of care) terms and conditions.

I put a complaint in as they once again took forever to reply in some cases 7 weeks with no replys to several emails and calls.

They then used a conflict of interest rule to get rid of anyone who puts a complaint about them and they threaten to charge you £300+ vat hour to investigate a complaint (which it says in the client care letter they make you signed which breaches the SRA guidelines and rules on complaints) which they never investigated anyway and got reprimanded for that.

Took it to legal ombudsman and 8 out of the 9 complaint points upheld.

They was fined and I was awarded compensation.

4 weeks after city lairs limited was suppose to make compensation payment for the multitude of errors.
GUESS what ..? they failed to make payment within the time frame given and was again reprimanded for that by the legal ombudsman.

They wont even pay there debt or compensation on time due to the sham set up they run.

I very much doubt theses 5 star reviews are real.

Just spoken to a narcissist woman in the office over the phone. She can not speak nor understand English nor can she spell my name. She put me on hold without telling me and clearly, & started speaking to someone in “Hindi” thinking she had put me on hold. She is so bad at speaking English and she refused 7 times to give me her name. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolutely scammers and unprofessional people working there. Plus they are generally written there own google post. Which indicates fake accounts..
