Coldham Shield & Mace managed our house sale and purchase with quite exceptional professionalism. Having not moved for over 25 yrs we were very anxious about the process. Both Jan and Mollie provided regular communication, and would often just phone if they wanted or needed to provide advice … FANTASTIC !!
As expected there was the odd hiccup in the chain but these were managed by CS&M in a prompt and efficient manner. Our three children have also used them and , as with our experience, have found them to be quite superb. Thank you all !!

Jan and Molly were absolutely excellent from start to finish of my property sale and purchase.

I was given clear advice of some pitfalls which could occur during the journey which made us prepared with an agreed plan of action to avoid any extra burden arising. It was a pleasure to deal with my Team and their legal knowledge was a godsend also having direct contact with Jan and Mollie made me feel extremely confident with the entire process.
