I have been involved in a complex family court case against my perpetrator for 3.5 years. In August 2022, I decided to switch to this firm, and it was the best decision I could have made. My case was entrusted to Sumayyah, a trainee solicitor, in January 2023, and from the very beginning, she has been nothing short of exceptional.

I have been a client of Copper Stone Solicitors for a while and haven't had the best service from them. Most recent was not calling me back despite numerously trying to get in touch with them for almost 2 weeks, calling and heading emails with urgent subject. my solicitor's holiday cover again not returning email. I have even had a solicitor to tell me she didn't give the advice she did. really appealing. There's no information and process of trying to avoid the worse future outcome, which now has happened and I suppose if we did things different way, i would not be in this situation now. My junior solicitor cant even tell me how long will it be before she speaks to her supervisor, who knows i might end up waiting further 2 weeks for that and then 6 weeks for legal aid, ridiculous, not to mention almost 2 weeks to call me back!!!

Meera was my soilter she was amazing helpful great and 1000% honest and always stuck to her word. She help me through a hard time and helped me get something positive out of it!!

Today I had to go to court and if it was not for my solicitor Zara i would not be filled with happiness, relief and freedom! Zara was amazing she was professional understanding and had good communication skills! I understood everything that was going on and what is to happen next!
