Appalling service. This firm has shown a complete lack of professionalism in handling probate. Communication is almost non-existent – emails and phone calls are ignored for weeks, and when responses do come, they are vague and unhelpful. The process has been dragged out unnecessarily, with no sense of urgency or care for the client. I have had to chase constantly just to get the most basic updates, and it is clear they have little regard for the stress and upset caused by their delays. Their inefficiency and lack of transparency make them wholly unsuitable for dealing with something as important as probate. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this firm.
We haven't moved house for nearly 25 years and so much has changed. Madeline Edwards, supported by Taneka Foster, made selling and buying very straight forward and took all the stress out of the process. They were both very responsive and took time to explain some of the dark arts. Brilliant service.
