Making a will
I am pleased with the service provided by Mr Laderman and his firm. The initial session for drafting the will was very useful and informative. Mr Laderman was able to advise me on how to make a bequest to charity. It was good to have time to consider the draft will and to have a telephone conversation providing a time and opportunity for amendments and clarification. After that there was a session where Mr Laderman went through the will with me clause by clause and where I was able to ask questions such as whether a new will would be needed if any of those mentioned changed their address. For most of us making a will is a difficult task. Professional help and advice was appreciated.
The office is conveniently located near South Woodford Station and on various local bus routes and this is helpful not only for me but for my executors too.
