Nightmare, just one simple word
Its a nightmare to work with. The solicitor who is in charge is Suzanne Hughes. It used to take her at least a week to response to my email, now she's gone completely disappear, no responses whatsoever.
Its been over 5 months for a simple, straight forward property purchase and its still on going without any update or response from Suzanne. Its very frustrating.
They company contacted me so quickly to send the quote, little did i know, once I paid, thats it.
The solicitor doesn't reply my email or messages, no number to call, nothing but A waiting game of silence.
I would not recommend this company.

A month after making my payment, the solicitor assigned to my case still hadn’t provided their company information, phone number, or email address. I specifically requested an introductory email before the month ended, as I was concerned about accruing interest. Lawhive Ltd doesn't even have a contact number for addressing any issues. I realize now I should have been more cautious in trusting an online company that has been operating for less than 2 years. They also subcontract the conveyancing process to other companies because they’re not on the banks’ panels. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails over a month, I have yet to receive any response. After losing a month and start paying interest, I am now in the process of asking for a refund and go elsewhere but they are not replying to email and there is no phone number to call. I genuinely feel scammed. They of course do not even have a google review page but check facebook. This "company" will not last 5 minutes.
