MQ Hassan and the team, very dedicated, work with care and friendly.
By the grace of Almighty, my siblings and I are well settled in the UK. However, we continue to be deeply concerned about our mother, who resides in our home country. Our mother is over 65 years old and is dealing with multiple health issues. While we regularly send financial support back home, we understand that money cannot replace the importance of family bonds. Unfortunately, the current immigration rules do not provide a straightforward way to bring our mother to the UK as an immigrant like us.
Recently, I came across a video on London Bangla Voice featuring Solicitor MQ Hassan, where he explained that elderly parents can potentially be brought to the UK under the category of an dependent relative visa. Recognising the complexity of this process, we decided to seek legal assistance from MQ Hassan. His expertise and experience made this intricate process surprisingly manageable. He guided us through the entire process, from visa application to the submission of biometrics in our home country. He helped us fill out the online form, the VAF4 form, which is quite complex, and he drafted a cover letter demonstrating how my mother satisfied the immigration rules and should be granted an indefinite leave to enter. He is such a dedicated and hardworking solicitor I have ever seen, who received our phone calls even outside of business hours and was happy to answer any queries that I had. He truly provided us with a significant amount of time to plan our next steps.
What truly impressed me was the reasonable and affordable fee structure offered by MQ Hassan. In comparison to other options, his fees were notably cost-effective. We are immensely grateful to Mr. Hassan and the team at MQ Hassan Solicitors for their valuable assistance and for making a challenging process accessible. Thanks to their help, we are hopeful about reuniting with our mother in the UK.
