Sinthia’s Sterling Service: Conveyancing with care and compassion
Most people know that buying a first home can be stressful. Sinthia was recommended to me buy a life long solicitor friend, who knew I needed a conveyancer to support me through that process with experience, high competence, care, expedience and integrity. I couldn’t have asked for a better conveyancer to support me through, what felt like, a stressful process. Sinthia made herself consistently available to me, which I am grateful for. You often hear of nightmare stories of solicitors charging over the odds and taking ages to come back to you. However, Sinthia Das was the complete opposite; she always came back with timely responses and was a real advocate for me. She was consistently available throughout, patient, robust, timely, graceful and calm, which really mattered in the midst of my own frustrations. She even sought to deal with matters for me one day when it should have been her day off so that she could support me to meet my own tight deadline, such is her commitment to her clients. I would certainly recommend Sinthia and, if ever I was privileged to move again, I would certainly ask her to lead on my conveyancing matters. She’s a gem!
