I got into the unfortunate situation of receiving a second letter to prosecute (after Nathan had already got me off the first charge and I am came away with a fine and no court action). I was extremely worried and scared that as this was my second time, I would have no option other than to be prosecuted and get a criminal record. However, Nathan worked his magic and constructed a prompt response, outlining key points and character references to aid with my case.
