What the DWP made a long and arduous process was made smoother and easier by Foirell. Excellent customer care! After a long search on Internet and many phone calls to solicitors Mrs. Williams was the only one to offer assistance for a Child Benefit matter. Mrs was very professional with me, not only she helped me to correctly interpret the letters sent by the Child Benefit office, she also suggested to apply for a backdated payment, for which I had lost hope, and guided me throughout the process. I've just got the backdated payment from Child Benefits. Very professional service.
