Contract review.
I commissioned South Bank Legal to do a review of a commercial contract offered to me by a prospective client.
Stephen Bane was prompt and thorough. He supplied an exhaustive list of concerns along with the liabilities it could open my company up to, and followed up by taking the time to explain the nuances to me over the phone.
Stephen was up-front about the costs. He turned the work around exceptionally fast and yet I did not feel rushed, or 'on the clock'. I genuinely felt he was protecting my interests.
With Stephens guidance I was able to go back to the client with a list of requested amendments. I do not yet know if the client will accept the proposed alterations, but I am happy knowing that I will at worst lose work that could otherwise have presented intolerable risk.
