I would strongly advise against using this firm for any conveyancing services. We engaged them for a house purchase last year, and after five months of an accepted offer, the seller pulled out due to personal reasons. Throughout the process, the seller was eager to complete and move into their new property, but our legal team was nowhere near ready. I genuinely believe this situation could have been avoided if the solicitors had been more efficient. The paralegal assigned to our case was slow, unapproachable, and lacked expertise. The queries we received were repetitive and came in dribs and drabs. They also had significant issues with record-keeping, repeatedly asking for the same information. The whole experience was frustrating, with no sense of urgency or willingness to speed things up. It honestly felt like we were used as training subjects for a junior paralegal. The process caused us considerable stress, and we lost both time and money. At the time, the firm claimed the delays were due to the extra work involved with our Islamic HPP lender. However, when we secured a new property with the same lender and switched to a different solicitor, the process was completed in just two months—far quicker than before. The new solicitor was a breath of fresh air, and the experience was night and day compared to White Horse. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this firm. Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care were evident from the outset, and they caused unnecessary delays, stress, and financial loss. Avoid them at all costs.

I used them for my conveyancing I am not new to property purchases but by far using them was the most stressful thing in my life Each update took 3 days - when I signed up with them, they did not mention this neither their auto response said each update will take 3 days. As soon as we signed up with them, they had an auto email message saying they will try to respond within 3 days. Every update took 3 days and in those 3 days they missed reading anything of importance My lease said insurance is the responsibility of the landlord, yet whitehorse failed to check that and asked me to reinsure. Avoid them like the plague

They handled conveyancing for a close family member, and the service was absolutely appalling. After 5 months of delays, including repeatedly chasing for updates, they lost the house. The firm was unwilling to provide a timeline or commit to an exchange date, and their responsiveness was painfully slow. After 5 months they were still dealing with minor admin issues which should have been dealt with much earlier on. Having bought houses before, we’ve never encountered such poor and unprofessional service from a solicitor. It was shocking! Avoid at all costs.
