I thought Pauline was very thoughtful and considerate in dealing with my problem of gaining access to my 2 children. . She saw through my ex partners Bitterness...I I was successful in gaining access....

Please don’t use Pauline Reynolds. I was automatically referred to her thought DV helpline. She has herself and one other member of staff. Deadlines were missed. Excuses of workload was given. Employ more staff she won’t because ll she cares about is money legal aid and taking money from victims. All she kept saying to me through the case was you can’t force a dad to be a parent. It actually went it my favour because I didn’t back down and her response was she’s never seen that before. You should be struck off. Call yourself women you are a disgrace.
Facilitated my harassers abuse via the courts. Took on a case with an incredible amount of inconsistencies and blatant falsehoods in an attempt to rinse the government of that legal aid money. Fortunately "Pauline Mary Theresa Reynolds" was unsuccessful and I won the case against her representing MYSELF. After months of trying to contact her via phone I finally got though to an assistant who proceeded to hang up on me withing 30 seconds, telling me another calls coming in. Still been trying to contact since.

Steer clear of this company. One conversation with solicitor in 5 months, no updates , spoke to an "assistant" only. Lot of money, no result felt as if I was the criminal.
You can call and mail for this solicitor many time and you did not get the answer for your questions. I on the last minut she will let you know like she did not help you in the court 2 days befor your hearing. The worest the poorest quality servis stay away.
