Joanne and team kept us informed every step of the way. They dealt with our purchase efficiently and went above and beyond to complete on the day we asked for. You are dealt with as an individual not a case number. If all solicitors worked as Joanne does the moving process would not be seen as stressful. I have had no hesitation recommending her and company.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. They dealt with the conveyancing for a house sale and purchase of another one for me. Both the sale and purchase were complicated and protracted for various external reasons but Joanne and Mandy were professional and approachable throughout the whole process. I felt well informed and supported by them and thought the fees were very reasonable considering the unexpected issues which cropped up. I would recommend this firm to anyone buying or selling a property.

My wife and I purchase properties to rent out. We also last year in full blown lockdown sold our home and purchased a new one. Joanne O'Neill deals with all our purchases, is totally transparent on fees (and keeps to them), gives amazing advice based on unbeatable knowledge and thus helps avoiding many a pitfall. We would not use anyone else and she makes what can be a very stressful thing, as easy as she can. Top class.
