Well, what can I say about Shannon. From the get go, Shannon was patient and happy to answer any questions I had (no matter how daft they sounded to myself). Shannon was more than happy to break down the legal terms so I had a full understanding of everything that was going on. Shannon was always punctual at responding to emails and called when she needed to get in touch quicker. After a long 2 years, the case was successful after a lot of work by Shannon on behalf of Cook Legal. I'd recommend Shannon to anyone who needs help and support, particularly in a case which involved a rental tenancy deposit not being placed in an approved scheme, Shannon was able to recover my initial deposit and the added costs I was entitled to. Polite, friendly, professional. Shannon went beyond and above to get my deposit back from a very naughty, shady and un uncooperative landlord. Not only I got my deposit back, but I also received compensation for all the years he did not register the deposit in a scheme.
