I had an appointment booked with one of the solicitors and when i got to the office she was not there. The secretary did not know her whereabouts and 30mins after i left the office i received a call saying the solicitor was not going to be available. I would have expected a call from the solicitor to let me know in advance and to not make me waste my time. Awfull and unprofessional experience. I am certainly looking for a different solicitor.
It was a complete oversight due to an emergency. This has never happened before. The client was contacted and an apology was given and another appointment offered. She said she was going on holiday and would contact us on her return.
