Extremely disappointing experience. The firm advertises a 15-minute free consultation, but that was not my experience at all. I submitted an enquiry with just two straightforward questions and, within seconds, received what appeared to be a generic response claiming my questions were “outside the scope” of the free consultation. Given how quickly the reply arrived, it did not seem as though anyone had actually read my enquiry. In my opinion, the advertising creates an expectation that your query will at least be reviewed and that you’ll receive some initial guidance. Instead, I was immediately directed towards paid services without any meaningful engagement. I found this to be false and a complete no value of my time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. If you’re looking for a solicitor who will genuinely consider your enquiry before asking you to pay, I suggest looking elsewhere.
