My experience overall was ok , the things I couldnt understand and confused the situation were: I had emails from 5 different people, two had same surname but different first name all about the conveyance this did confuse the situation. I got told to scan a signed document and send it in urgently, this I did and then I was told this was not acceptable and I had to go and sign the form as a matter of urgency. Why are forms left until very near completion and they then have to be done in a rush?

I was more than satisfied concerning the treatment I was given by my solicitor. Everything was completely explained so I could understand the procedure and the costs.
