One inevitably feels part of a 'factory' process (a lot of cases are being dealt with simultaneously) but when personal contact was made staff were personable, pleasant and helpful. Second-hande reports of solicitors' service levels are defintely no better.

It was great to have my own personal solicitor in Marc Greig. EG Law is a small firm and in many ways the service was quite old fashioned ie never rushed, own personal meeting room to have direct, one to one meetings with Marc. He was never rushed and took his time to explain everything. This was my first and only property purchase and Marc made the experience very enjoyable and smooth sailing after all the horror stories you hear of when dealing with leasehold property! He reassured me the leasehold was sufficiently long enough to be of no real concern. I would definitely recommend!

Marc provides a very efficient, pragmatic and good "plain English" and common-sense service. His guidance was clear, and his navigation through the try-ons and tick-box approach of conveyor-belt conveyancing firms, certainly justified my decision to retain a proper firm of solicitors. We will offer an out of hours service in order to assist the more concerned clients, at the same time as keeping our outgoings to a minimum. In offering this facility, whether by telephone or online, we believe that we will provide an attractive alternative to the services currently on offer. Additionally, eg.law will be happy to see clients at either its office or at their home. eg.law will deliver all these services to their clients as well as tailoring each transaction to meet the client's needs.
