    The initial meeting with Kerry Read was very helpful. We had the opportunity to go through all of my questions, and she provided detailed and informative answers. As a result, I felt much more confident going into the joint mediation meeting, where we are discussing the financial settlement.

    I was not sure exactly what to expect when I initially made contact with Fullers, but after my initial request for a free consultation I received excellent support and guidance from Katherine and then went on to book a session with Asia, which was able to be booked for the next day at short notice. All information and service provided from the team during the initial booking process pre meeting was prompt and straightforward and transparent. The meeting with Asia was extremely thorough, and I felt supported and heard throughout, information and guidance provided was laid out in an easy to digest way and all questions I had were answered. I was provided with a recording of the session for future review and left the meeting feeling that it was a positive experience, despite the not so positive circumstances which led me to require the service in the first place.

      Shocking behaviour. Charged over £10k and they didn't deliver anything. Left me without representation at the PTR which cost me over £80,000. Only interested in the money. Reported to SRA and Ombudsman. Awaiting their investigation.
