If you can't get through to the right person you have to keep trying because they won't call you back. Missed phone appointments without notice. I do understand that their might be emergencies but I also believe, although only a legal aid case, I do deserve an explanation. When a single mother flags that a wealthy perpetrator has purchased a luxury property while evading massive child maintenance arrears, this firm's view is to dismiss it as "jealousy and bitterness." They completely fail to comprehend modern concepts of coercive control or financial abuse, actively victim-blaming the client instead of defending them. Abandonment at the Deadline: Rather than managing a high-stakes, sensitive case with standard professional care, this firm operates under a pattern of bureaucratic panic. When deadlines approached, instead of utilizing the evidence I had already provided across multiple consultations, they sent heavy-handed correspondence to shift the blame onto me. They ultimately withdrew from my file right at a critical court deadline because a Legal Aid case required actual work. They treat Legal Aid clients like disposable, second-class paperwork. If you want a firm with modern morals, compassion, and basic organizational skills, avoid Taylor & Henderson.
