Building upon its established reputation for dispute resolution, Andrew Kingston & Co. also undertakes some employment work. In particular, we frequently provide advice to employees in relation to Settlement Agreements offered by their employers. The firm also deals with a substantial amount of Residential Conveyancing. We carry out the preparation of Wills, and work relating to Probate and the Administration of Estates, the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and applications to the Court of Protection.
