Professional and supportive

I sought help from Blue after having a negative experience with another solicitor. From the start, Blue was very professional and supportive. He was in regular communication with myself and used non-legal jargon to ensure that I understood how the proceedings would unfold. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and I would highly recommend Blue as a solicitor.

I would not recommend this firm at all

I would not recommend these. I have had issues with social services for 4 years now and these have been totally pointless. I raised my daughter from 10month old until she was 8, I asked for help from social services and got no help until a point I was mentally drained. I was back at court In April 2023 and Paul Kirby recommended a barrister, she is an ex social worker and In court she told me not to contest and the courts would put a court order that social services must treat me equal to my daughters mum, I then found out from the social services complaint team that they are not court orders and just recommendations. So I contacted Paul Kirby and he said 'it is what it is', then when I've contacted the person in charge of the family department because I'm not happy with how my case has been dealt with and want it looking into, the woman I'm charge of the family department 'Sarah Clubley' who told me to basically clear off and they will send me all my court bundle and I can go look at it myself. These don't actually represent and just happy to take the money. Pointless even using these against social services as they just side with them. My daughters mum who hasn't put any effort in for 8 years with our daughter has a much better firm representing her and they actually put things into the courts and now seeing our daughter 3 times a week, unsupervised, done no courses the courts recommend and lied through out the full court proceedings and still these don't actually make any arguments on my behalf.

Sale of 6a Church Drive

At my first meeting with Amanda to discuss the sale of our property she immediately put me at ease and I felt confident in her professional manner and capability to manage my sale efficiently. Throughout the process she kept me updated and dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently.
The whole process was managed by her and Abigail to my satisfaction and would definitely recommend Amanda to family and friends.

Making my first will with Alison Craven.
Attended in a private room and had a hassle free experience were details are explained and talked about with a trainee solicitor taking notes and Alison advising on each paragraph to assist in decision’s been made by myself.
These two ladies were very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Williamsons solicitors to anyone wishing to make their Will
Thank you Alison and team.
