Sale of Cottage
Richard Fairbank did a great job, remaining professional and helpful despite delays and frustation caused by my first buyer dragging her feet then ultimately pulling out. He was also friendly and personable in all my dealings with him. Gaynor, Skye and Debbie were also very friendly, professional and helpful.

Fantastic help from start to finish
Richard came highly recommended and we're so glad we went with him even though he's not local to our area. No question was too small or too daft, and Richard always made sure everything was understood. The whole process would have been more painful with a different solicitor and Richard was so lovely and thorough with his job. He also took into account mine and my partners preference for how to be contacted and always replied extremely promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Excellent experience
I would most definitely recommend Richard Fairbank at Williamsons solicitors, he was great, always got back to any questions I had quickly and explained everything to me, he definitely took the stress out of selling my house, thank you

First House purchase
Richard at willamsons solicitors was brilliant, with us buyer our first home. He was very helpful, he replied to questions we had within the hour and also replied out of hours to our questions. There was no stress at all with the process. I wouldn’t use any other solicitors and I will definitely be using them again when needed.
We also completed 4-6 weeks earlier than we thought.
Gaynor who also works at Williamsons is fantastic, she made us feel at ease and happy when we first dropped our forms off.
An all round friendly/ professional place.
