I was recommended Williamsons by my Mortgage broker. As a first time buyer I had very little knowledge on what was required from a solicitor, but Richard has sincerely gone above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure a swift and efficient purchase. 90% of communication was directly with my solicitor and I never had to ask for updates as I was kept well informed, sometimes with multiple daily updates, which were even delegated to other members of staff when on annual leave. As a first time buyer I could not recommend Richard at Williamsons any more.
