Excellent service
Amanda and her assistant Abi provided an excellent service with regard to the purchase of a new build. Very efficient, always available to address queries and well prepared with knowledge about my case. Kept within fee quoted. Overall, very happy with the service provided and I would recommend.

Fantastic Service!
Amanda and her secretary Abigail, were fantastic throughout the purchase of our first home. Everything was done really quickly and always received an update via email which was appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Conveyancing
The process was ok but seemed to take a long time. The cost was very reasonable .
My biggest worry was not receiving the money transfer on the day expected even though I had paid extra for this at the time. I was extremely worried until the following morning but still no one phoned me until I could see it arrive in my account.
Amanda did phone me out of office hours because She had seen an email I had sent earlier asking why I had not received monies despite being told it would transfer by 5pm.
Amanda said she would sort it out the following morning but still wasn’t 100 percent sure why this had happened.
You can imagine how worried I was.

Got the job done in a tight deadline!
I had the rug pulled from under me during an auction purchase and Williamson's Solicitors got the job done within the extremely tight deadline! I can't thank them enough for the huge effort they made to ensure it got completed on time with a mortgage.
