I recently used Williamsons Conveyancing team and the service I received was outstanding in every respect. Some aspects of my purchase proved to be complex and throughout the process Jane Cousins and Samantha Pollard guided and provided very excellent and far-sighted advice. Speed was of the essence for this purchase and I cannot speak too highly of the team’s expeditious handling of the entire process. Great communications and nice people too! A very unreserved 5 stars for a truly exceptional service

Stress free
I used Williamsons solicitors for my conveyancing and i literally sat back and allowed them to sort everything out for me. The whole experience has been stress free and i would highly recommend them to others.

House purchase
I had a great experience with Williamson’s. The staff were all extremely helpful, pleasant and they kept me up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

House Conveyance
Jane Cousins and her team were very helpful and kept me informed. Complying with the anti-laundering regulations was tedious and frustrating, but had to be done. My only frustration is that when I bought my house nearly 40 years ago, my solicitor offered advice about value-for-money and advised me against the purchase of one house I was considering. Apparently solicitors no longer give such advice but only focus on the conveyancing.

House Purchase
Excellent service, honestly Jane & Emily put your faith back in Solicitors, quick and efficient. The Estate Agent said 12-15 weeks , ready in 6, they absolutely cut through mountains of paperwork to exactly what was needed .
