At court, I found the solicitor to be extremely effective. However, there needs to be improvement in the client experience by ensuring more intimate contact. I found crucial timeframes be left until the last minute and without keeping me informed. Furthermore, there was also the feeling that the caseload on the solicitor was crammed as heavily as possible and our meetings, including at crucial court meetings, were rushed and extremely time-limited.
