It is difficult to put into words, just how grateful i am to Williamsons and more specifically - Sarah Jackson. I was in a position where i was fighting an NHS Trust all alone with with respect to medical negligence. After a weary few years i decided to reach out for legal help to see if anyone would take my case on. I spoke to dozens of very reputable firms who all told me that the chances of success were very low and so they couldnt take the matter on. It was during that time i spoke to Williamsons where i felt not only was i listened to but also HEARD. Soontherafter Sarah and Lisa travelled all the way to come and see me and my family and spent hours talking with us and explaining how they could help us. Being in such a situation is overwheming to say the least and one is always going to naturally be nervous and anxious taking the next steps, however i did so and it was the best decision i could have made. After years of back and forths, ups and down, Sarah took our case all the way to its successful conclusion. Throughout the entire time, Sarah was kind, empathetic, understanding, willing to listen and spend time explaining when there was any confusion. However at the very same time, she was also nothing but professional, diligent and determined in her efforts to seek some justice for me and my family. Sarah Jackson is not only a credit to her firm but humanity as well and if anyone is ever unfortunate to be in the position i was then i would only wish for them to find an ally such as her.

I came into this not expecting anything, but the work from Sarah, Lisa and the team has done so much for me. Financially, they've given me something huge, but it doesn't compare to the emotional win. They've found answers to questions that have bothered me and given me much needed closure for an awful time in my life. The experts and barrister have also been brilliant. I've felt completely included in every step of the process and that everyone has shown great compassion for what I went through.

The firm and specifically Sarah came recommended to me and I'm so glad they were. If you are wondering whether to proceed with Williamsons and specifically Sarah, I would say do it. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to help me. My thoughts and feelings were noticeably valued and they do truly care. I cannot fault Sarah and Lisa in everything they've done for me. They've made one of the hardest experiences of my life that little bit easier. Their compassion has shone through at every stage and they have been so understanding and patient on the days when there were sometimes harder things to read. They made me feel that they had my best interests at heart, they have been there every step of the way keeping me updated and giving me a heads up at every stage. Very professional, approachable, friendly, trustworthy, lovely people. I would use them again without hesitation.
